[Remote] Head of Transformation & Operational Effectiveness at Panopto

The Head of Transformation & Operational Effectiveness will own the company's operating rhythm, including planning, priorities, reviews, and retrospectives, establishing a unified system for tracking and reporting. They will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all company-wide meetings, including ELT, SLT, town halls, and board meetings. This role involves translating strategy into execution by leading cross-functional programs to deliver on strategic priorities, revenue goals, and customer outcomes. They will manage the enterprise-wide initiative portfolio, including health, risks, dependencies, budgets, and accountability, and stand up a lean PMO with lightweight standards for project management. Additionally, they will drive board and ELT readiness through disciplined reporting and follow-through, orchestrate change management in partnership with relevant teams, and support the COO and ELT in diligence and post-deal integration. The role also includes making data useful by defining metrics, building dashboards, and driving learning loops, while continuously auditing operating gaps and holding owners accountable for results.
