Requirements

Responsibilities

The Head of Growth & Operations will own and execute growth strategies to expand the client base and revenue, identifying high-potential verticals, partnerships, and services while managing the BD pipeline. They will partner with SDR and Marketing to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads and convert them into long-term client relationships. This role involves assessing, refining, and scaling operational workflows to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence, ensuring alignment between sales promises and execution. Additionally, they will implement data-driven reporting, KPIs, and streamlined processes to track performance, drive accountability, and foster continuous improvement, while also building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team and serving as the connective link between sales, operations, and leadership.
