Candidates should possess over 15 years of relevant operations experience in high-growth Enterprise software/SaaS companies, with proven leadership in business operations, preferably in customer-centric roles. Expertise in program/project management and a history of delivering complex, company-wide initiatives and large-scale change management are essential. A proven track record of driving business growth in a scaling technology company, balancing growth drivers with fiscal responsibility, is required. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, vendor and contract management, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include direct experience in SaaS business operations and working knowledge or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Familiarity with Gainsight, Snowflake, Tableau, and Salesforce is a plus.
The Vice President of Business Operations will develop and implement operational strategies to optimize Renewals, Customer Operations, and Enterprise IT and Corporate Analytics functions. They will lead the development and optimization of core operational processes to enhance business performance and efficiency. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to foster accountability and continuous improvement, building and mentoring high-performing teams, and defining operational processes and playbooks. The VP will drive cross-functional initiatives to improve customer retention and experience, manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations, oversee business reporting and performance metrics, and support long-term strategic planning and annual operating plans.
