Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically within the cybersecurity industry. A proven track record of building brand awareness and generating pipeline in B2B environments is essential, along with experience leading across core marketing functions such as brand, demand generation, content, digital, and partner/field marketing. Strong executive presence, the ability to influence leadership teams and external partners/customers, a data-driven mindset, and expertise in marketing analytics, automation platforms, and CRM systems are also required. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and leadership skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

The VP of Marketing will lead and scale the marketing organization, owning the strategy and execution across all marketing facets to drive brand visibility, market differentiation, and demand generation. This includes developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy, managing the marketing budget, building and elevating the brand through positioning, messaging, and storytelling, and enhancing brand visibility via PR, analyst relations, CISO engagement, and events. The role also involves analyzing market trends and customer insights, establishing KPIs to measure marketing impact, overseeing multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads, driving field marketing programs and joint Go-To-Market initiatives with partners, and overseeing content strategy and digital presence optimization.
