Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-funnel growth, meeting and exceeding goals for customer acquisition, conversion rates, CAC, AOV, and ROAS. They must demonstrate cross-functional strategic planning abilities, acting as a change agent with a fixer mindset. Expertise in establishing multi-channel acquisition engines across SEO, LLM search, SEM, social, affiliate, lead nurturing, and CRO is essential. A test-and-learn mindset, research obsession, and strong data-driven analytics skills, including customer research, attribution modeling, and funnel/pricing analysis, are required. The candidate must have experience collaborating with product teams, possess strong communication skills for presenting to stakeholders and executives, and exhibit leadership and coaching capabilities to guide a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

The VP, Growth Marketing will develop, implement, and drive the customer acquisition and growth strategy to meet and exceed customer acquisition, CAC efficiency, and ROAS goals. This includes researching the industry, conducting market analysis, gathering customer insights, and analyzing the competitive landscape to inform growth strategy and acquisition efforts. The role involves evolving the acquisition engine across SEO, LLM search, paid media, affiliate partnerships, email nurturing, conversion optimization, and pricing and packaging. Additionally, the VP will identify and scale new, efficient growth channels to reduce reliance on search-based traffic sources and oversee the full customer acquisition journey to ensure a consistent experience across all touchpoints, including marketing channels, email nurturing, website, funnel, and checkout.
