Requirements

Candidates should possess 12-15 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with a minimum of three years in a leadership role. Proven success in building and scaling product marketing teams, expertise in positioning and messaging for multi-product platforms (preferably in vertical SaaS or ERP), and a track record of leading go-to-market strategies for major product launches are essential. A strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence senior stakeholders, excellent communication and storytelling skills with executive presence, a deep understanding of sales cycles and customer journeys, and a data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic planning skills are also required. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field is necessary, with an MBA being preferred.

Responsibilities

The VP of Product Marketing will lead the strategic development and execution of the product marketing function, owning and evolving product marketing strategy in alignment with company goals and customer segments. Responsibilities include defining and leading go-to-market strategies for new product launches, developing messaging and value propositions, and enabling sales and customer success teams through training and collateral. This role also involves leading competitive and market intelligence efforts, collaborating with demand generation and content teams on integrated campaigns, establishing and scaling the product marketing function by hiring and mentoring a team, and serving as a strategic partner to the CMO and Executive Team to influence company strategy and revenue growth.
