The VP of Product Marketing will lead the strategic development and execution of Restaurant365’s product marketing function. This role is responsible for market positioning, cross-functional go-to-market strategy, and the success of new product introductions and customer lifecycle marketing. You will serve as the voice of the customer and market internally, while enabling revenue teams and influencing product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product marketing strategy in alignment with company goals, product roadmap, and customer segments across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise.
- Define and lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product and feature launches, partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
- Develop and refine messaging, positioning, and value propositions that clearly communicate differentiated value for each product line and buyer persona.
- Enable sales and customer success teams through impactful enablement programs, including training, collateral, competitive intelligence, and objection handling.
- Lead competitive and market intelligence efforts, identifying trends, threats, and opportunities that inform pricing, packaging, and product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the Demand Generation and Content teams to build integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate deals.
- Establish and scale the product marketing function, hiring, developing, and mentoring a high-performing team.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CMO and Executive Team, providing insights and recommendations that influence company strategy, revenue growth, and customer experience.
Requirements
- 12-15 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with at least three years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-impact product marketing teams.
- Expertise in positioning and messaging for multi-product platforms, ideally in vertical SaaS or ERP categories.
- Demonstrated success in leading go-to-market strategy for major product launches.
- Strong ability to partner cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller with strong executive presence.
- Deep understanding of sales cycles, customer journeys, and revenue enablement.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, market research, and strategic planning skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $240,000 - $280,000/year.
- Note: The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
