Requirements

The Director of Marketing should have a proven track record of building and scaling demand generation engines, with experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. A strong understanding of various marketing channels, including outbound, paid social/search, content, and partnerships, is essential. Experience with AI in marketing campaigns and a background in the eCommerce or SaaS industry are highly desirable. Responsibilities

The Director of Marketing will own pipeline targets and lead all marketing efforts to achieve ARR milestones. This includes designing and executing a repeatable demand generation machine, experimenting with channels, and optimizing customer acquisition cost. A key responsibility is to lead the pivot to an ABM approach, defining target account lists and ICPs, and crafting multi-touch campaigns. Additionally, the role involves optimizing top-of-funnel activities, identifying and scaling new acquisition channels, and managing a team of three marketers.
