Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Drive the evolution of Cover Genius's brand positioning and ensure consistent, impactful communication across all channels
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment
  • Act as a connector, working closely with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
  • Oversee the scaling of content production, with a focus on case studies, data-driven stories, and customer marketing
  • Strategically plan and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage and align marketing efforts across different regions
  • Design and implement robust marketing playbooks, focusing on high-impact areas including:
  • Brand, PR, Influencer Marketing & Thought Leadership: Create and disseminate data-driven stories and trends to establish Cover Genius as a thought leader
  • Industry/Vertical Marketing: Develop and deploy tailored solutions, messaging, content, and campaigns for specific verticals (travel, ticketing, digital commerce) to drive win rates and revenue
  • Demand Generation & Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Lead digital campaigns and multi-channel ABM plays to generate pipeline and engage top-tier prospects
  • Events: Elevate Cover Genius's presence at industry conferences and organize proprietary vertical-focused events
  • Digital & Social Campaigns: Intensify digital marketing efforts through LinkedIn insights, SEO/AI-SEO content, video explainers, and targeted ads
  • Product Marketing: Ensure effective presentation of offerings (messaging, website, decks, images, videos) for products and technology that span verticals
