Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing strategy, data analytics, or related functions, including 5 years of people leadership. Expertise in analytics and BI tools such as Tableau and Salesforce is required, along with strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. An advanced degree (MBA or similar) and experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments are preferred.
The Sr. Director will lead and elevate global marketing strategy, transforming data into actionable insights to drive growth and customer engagement. This includes building and leading teams for marketing strategy, analytics, and data activation, fostering a culture of experimentation, and leading annual/quarterly planning, forecasting, and OKR setting. Responsibilities also involve partnering across departments to align go-to-market and growth strategies, owning marketing spend efficiencies, ROI analysis, optimization initiatives, and developing executive-ready dashboards.
