About the Role

As Persona continues to scale our GTM operations, we are seeking an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join the demand generation team. You will help establish and grow Persona’s account based marketing program that will contribute to the business’s long-term goals by working alongside various teams including but not limited to, Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success. As our ideal candidate, you are comfortable with a data-driven approach to execution, have a growth and creative mindset, are confident in developing strategies, and are action-oriented. You will work cross-functionally to operationalize a scalable, one-to-one and one-to-few, multi-channel marketing motion that expands pipeline and accelerates close rates with Persona’s highest-value target accounts.

What you'll achieve at Persona

  • Pipeline growth and an increase in funnel velocity: Utilize ABX programs to drive pipeline and increase funnel velocity for key accounts; analyze performance and use benchmarking to guide ABM campaign decisioning and optimization opportunities.
  • Creation of a modern, scalable ABM program: Build and execute a best-in-class ABM program that delivers personalized buying experiences for Persona’s target accounts. Own every aspect of ABM programming, including account strategy, goal setting, list segmentation, campaign planning and execution, content creation, experimentation, follow-up, and performance reporting.
  • Strong cross-functional relationships: Partner with marketing, sales development, sales, and operations teams to conduct account research, both with internal teams (AEs, CSMs, etc.) as well as external data sources, aligning account content strategies to Persona’s use cases, and leveraging the relevant messaging and positioning frameworks.
