As the Account Based Marketing Manager, you will establish and grow Persona’s account based marketing program, working alongside Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to contribute to the company's long-term goals. You will develop and execute personalized marketing motions for high-value target accounts, including account strategy, list segmentation, campaign planning, content creation, and performance reporting. Additionally, you will foster strong cross-functional relationships, conduct account research, and leverage data to guide ABM campaign decisioning and optimization, ultimately driving pipeline growth and accelerating close rates.
