As Persona continues to scale our GTM operations, we are seeking an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join the demand generation team. You will help establish and grow Persona’s account based marketing program that will contribute to the business’s long-term goals by working alongside various teams including but not limited to, Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success. As our ideal candidate, you are comfortable with a data-driven approach to execution, have a growth and creative mindset, are confident in developing strategies, and are action-oriented. You will work cross-functionally to operationalize a scalable, one-to-one and one-to-few, multi-channel marketing motion that expands pipeline and accelerates close rates with Persona’s highest-value target accounts.
