Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention across B2B and B2C channels
Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall company strategy and business planning
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Define and elevate the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
Oversee brand communications, PR, thought leadership, and executive visibility
Champion storytelling and positioning to differentiate our products and services in the market
Lead multi-channel demand generation strategies for B2B and B2C audiences
Build scalable acquisition and retention programs across digital, social, email, content, events, and partnerships
Implement data-driven marketing to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
Collaborate with product teams to define go-to-market strategies for new offerings
Develop clear messaging, positioning, and sales enablement tools for both B2B and B2C segments
Gather customer insights to influence product development and enhance the customer journey
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, product marketing, and creative functions
Establish clear performance goals, accountability frameworks, and career development opportunities
