Experience in construction tech, SaaS, or a related B2B industry is preferred. The ideal candidate is driven, adaptable, results-oriented, entrepreneurial, a strong communicator, collaborative, coachable, and energized by team success.
The Territory Sales Representative will own a defined territory, developing a pipeline of opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and regional networking. They will manage the entire sales cycle from discovery and demos to contract negotiation and close, educating prospective customers on the value of Bridgit Bench and tailoring messaging to their business priorities. Responsibilities include balancing volume and quality in sales cycles, collaborating with BDRs and Marketing on regional campaigns, accurately managing forecasts and activities in Salesforce, and partnering with Customer Success and Product teams for seamless onboarding and account growth.
