The Territory Sales Executive will contribute to the long-term growth of Abbott Nutrition products by servicing a defined customer base, achieving volume targets, and driving orders. This includes creating business plans, identifying and appointing distributors, hiring and training sales representatives, establishing customer relationships, conducting sales calls, negotiating contracts, ensuring proper merchandising, demonstrating product superiority, managing customer stock and credit, conducting performance reviews, influencing distributors, ensuring stock replenishment through forecasting, building a customer database, and integrating digital customer journeys. The role also requires acting in alignment with compliance and regulatory expectations.
