The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related sales function. A deep understanding of the sales lifecycle, experience supporting quota-carrying teams, and prior sales experience are essential. Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, Seismic, and LMS tools is required, along with excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. A data-driven mindset, strong analytical abilities, and proven success in driving measurable impact through enablement programs are also necessary. Experience in B2B sales cycles, particularly in SaaS or complex sales environments, and excellent stakeholder management skills are crucial.
The Principal Field Enablement Business Partner will act as a consultant for sales leaders on enablement opportunities, using qualitative and quantitative metrics to drive performance and productivity. They will design, localize, and implement sales enablement strategies, programs, and tools to support sales representatives throughout the sales cycle. This role involves close collaboration with regional sales leaders, marketing, product, operations, and global enablement teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and cultural nuances. Responsibilities include identifying skill gaps, defining key competencies, delivering tailored enablement solutions, contributing to knowledge bases and training sessions, and providing feedback on curriculum effectiveness. The role also entails partnering with the Learning Design Experience team to develop learning objectives and measurable outcomes, tracking program adoption, and maintaining knowledge of competitor products and company direction.
