Your Mission

UiPath has a unique opportunity to drive growth in one of our fastest-growing markets—Thailand. As a Territory Sales Executive, you will build and develop the country's go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Your role will involve executing robust sales growth strategies while focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Territory Sales Executive for Thailand, you will focus on not just crafting and implementing the strategic plan for growing UiPath's footprint and overall sales, but also to collaborate and develop deep, strategic relationships with our Enterprise C-Suite customers as well as our Partner ecosystem. We’re looking for a leader to drive a culture of excellence through collaboration, effective change management, and the ability to set structure and process to maximize business revenue.


What You'll Do at UiPath

  • Ensure collaboration across all business functions for Thailand.
  • Drive all strategic sales activities including Forecasting, Weekly meetings, Presenting to both customer and internally for QBRs, Business Planning, Pipeline reviews, Customer review, budgeting, and HC review.
  • Participate in account planning, meet and exceed individual quota and target allocations, close large-scale complex deals, provide mentorship, and help attract talent as we grow the revenue base of the market.
  • Provide your Industry knowledge and business acumen to help achieve revenue targets by enhancing the UiPath message across the end-to-end platform for enterprise customers.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • 10+ years of proven successful enterprise sales experience.
  • Strong network of C-Level executives who you can help UiPath expand its footprint within the top strategic accounts and conglomerates in Thailand.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills, as well as a methodical approach to a business that is going through ambiguous times but can stay focused and task-oriented.
  • Fluent English required; Thai highly beneficial.
