Responsibilities

The Country Manager for Montu Germany will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient management of the German team and developing, implementing, and executing strategic and operational plans to drive sustainable growth. They will manage and own the P&L for Montu Germany, actively create and execute go-to-market strategies, identify and leverage new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, implement and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) in key operational areas, and hands-on recruit, train, and develop staff. Furthermore, the Country Manager will collaborate with various teams, maintain detailed knowledge of the German and global medical cannabis markets, define and monitor KPIs, and participate in external marketing and PR activities as needed.
