Requirements

Candidates should possess deep domain knowledge of the Diagnostic Services industry and preferred experience in Molecular Diagnostics, particularly within Oncology. They should have demonstrated success in recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining talent, along with the ability to prioritize and align organizational goals and objectives. Strong experience in complex selling environments and familiarity with MolDx/SaaS solutions are also required.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a Regional Sales Team and exceeding sales goals across Tempus’s product portfolio, encompassing the creation and implementation of regional and territory business plans, the selection, hiring, training, development, and management of Clinical Account Executives, and the management of business results, sales activities, and cross-functional initiatives within a specific regional geography. They will secure and analyze relevant information, including market intelligence and the political landscape, to identify key issues and commit to action, and will also be responsible for making day-to-day decisions regarding resource allocation and business activities. The RSM will focus on achieving regional sales objectives, developing and executing business plans, managing key customer relationships, conducting regional sales meetings, evaluating Clinical Account Executives, identifying contracting opportunities, and overseeing Tempus’s CRM solution for the region, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to maximize outcomes.
