The Enterprise Sales Manager for the East Coast should possess strong leadership skills, experience in building and coaching sales teams, and a proven track record of closing multi-threaded, 6- and 7-figure deals. They should be adept at navigating complex technical sales cycles and working with senior stakeholders, with a focus on enterprise sales.
As the Regional Enterprise Sales Manager, you will build and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, hiring, onboarding, and coaching them to excel in technical and consultative sales cycles. You will drive rigorous forecasting, pipeline management, and deal inspection to meet aggressive revenue goals, while also working cross-functionally to refine sales plays, expand into new verticals, and improve win rates. Additionally, you will identify and fill gaps in the enterprise motion, shape the enterprise narrative, and provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing.
