Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid Driver's License and have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities in the Environmental Field. A minimum of 5 years of relevant waste or industry experience, combined with at least 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role is required. Strong technical expertise with an extensive understanding of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Territory Sales Executive will deliver profitable revenue within their assigned geography by developing and maintaining relationships with various clientele to drive customer success. Responsibilities include both new sales and retention of existing accounts, regularly meeting with clients to introduce service offerings and identify expansion opportunities. They will build and maintain a sales funnel, seek opportunities for revenue expansion and account penetration, create and communicate account plans, and utilize CRM daily to schedule and document activities. The role also involves maintaining awareness of market behavior and competitive trends, staying knowledgeable about company services and pricing, and completing required paperwork in a timely manner. Weekly and occasional overnight travel is required.
