Responsibilities

  • Conducting sales activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer focus, and education
  • Building strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximise business opportunities and provide added value through product knowledge and understanding of customer needs
  • Evolving into a product expert, offering clinical and technical insights in hospital settings
  • Devising a strategic business plan and monitoring the territory, sharing findings with the Regional Manager
  • Addressing product issues using knowledge and resourcefulness
  • Being present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff, maximising the use and application of Stryker products, and providing technical expertise to registrars, nurses, and other personnel
  • Overseeing the maintenance of product inventory
