Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent education is also required.
The Legal Nurse Consultant will review AI-generated Medical Chronologies to ensure the highest quality, accuracy, and clarity, utilizing all underlying medical documentation and domain expertise to add missing pertinent information and remove unnecessary details. They will collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement in system output and processes, stay informed on the latest litigation trends in the medical aspects of personal injury cases, and mentor and guide team members on the evolving relationship between law and medicine. Additionally, they will provide feedback on system output and processes, and educate team members on the impact of medical evidence in personal injury law.
