They must also be able to monitor sales against forecasts and determine market potential.
The Territory Business Manager will achieve sales quotas through direct sales of Baxter’s surgical products and services, grow awareness and educate physicians on the accurate use of products in surgical procedures, call on prospective customers, provide technical and administrative product information and demonstrations, maintain effective relationships with customers, monitor sales against forecasts and participate in the determination of market potential, and coordinate with hospital administration, supply chain management, materials management, and purchasing. They will also demonstrate support for other teams and participate in collaborative efforts.
