Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent knowledge level)
  • Advanced experience in Medical Equipment Sales, preferably within the Patient Care Solutions segment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian is considered a plus
  • Full clean driving license and ability to travel across the assigned geographical territory

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborating with internal teams to implement best practices and integrate sales strategies across different business areas
  • Leading small-scale projects with minimal risks and resource requirements, acting as a mentor for less experienced colleagues
  • Communicating performance expectations and handling sensitive issues with professionalism
