Requirements

Candidates must possess tertiary qualifications in a Medical or Business Management field and obtain and maintain specified Abbott certifications. Excellent communication, persuasion, and selling skills are essential, along with a willingness to relocate to Gold Coast. Prior CRM/cathlab experience and IBHRE certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Territory Manager will achieve sales targets and increase market share for their assigned territory by proactively driving sales and developing initiatives. They will manage customer relationships, attend and contribute to sales meetings, and implement sales force effectiveness initiatives. Responsibilities include utilizing sales analysis tools, managing consignment stock, maintaining accurate customer profiles, assisting with product marketing and launches, and providing market feedback. This role also requires participation in an on-call roster and may involve working outside ordinary hours for training, meetings, or events.
