Experience collaborating cross-functionally to drive outcomes and building/maintaining relationships at all levels of a customer organization is required. Software/SaaS sales experience is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience is necessary. Experience in managed care, payer contracting, or direct-to-employer contracting (DTE) at a healthcare provider is a plus.
The Regional Director of Provider Partnerships is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling directly to regional, community, and independent hospitals to add their services to the Tendo Marketplace provider network. This role involves acquiring new hospital partners, expanding service line inventory, and fostering strong, long-term relationships. Responsibilities include managing a robust pipeline, developing and executing targeted sales strategies, guiding hospitals through the contracting and onboarding process, and ensuring new partnerships align with Tendo's value proposition. The role also requires executing provider market sales, maintaining active sales pipelines with accurate forecasts, building strong customer relationships, partnering with internal teams on sales initiatives, analyzing sales metrics, delivering revenue models to C-suite executives, crafting value-driven proposals, and leading account planning, prospecting, and cold outreach.
