Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in medical devices. Proven success in medical sales through distribution channels, with the ability to empower distribution partners, is required. Experience selling medical equipment with connectivity is desirable. Outstanding communication, negotiation, organizational, problem-solving, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential.
The Territory Manager will promote and sell a multifaceted product line, including monitoring, ophthalmic, ENT, Blood Pressure, and Cardiopulmonary products, to primary care and ambulatory care medical facilities. This role involves partnering with distributors' sales representatives, providing training and motivation, and demonstrating, selling, and in-servicing medical equipment to healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include increasing new sales within the territory, preparing and refining sales plans and forecasts, coordinating with technical support, and utilizing marketing communications for promotional activities and trade shows.
