As a Primary Care Territory Manager, you will build trust and achieve results by representing Baxter with a deep understanding of our product portfolio and its value to patients. You will build relationships and establish trust with doctors and nurses, educating them on our solutions and their differentiators.

• Home Base: Nashville, TN
• Territory: Tennessee
• Travel: Up to 75% travel in territory, potentially 1-2 overnights per month. A fleet vehicle is provided.

Responsibilities

• Call on key target markets including physicians, clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent cares, and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
• Work with distributor representatives and management to promote and sell a multifaceted product line, including monitoring, ophthalmic products, ENT, Blood Pressure and Cardiopulmonary, EENT supplies, and other physical assessment products to primary care and ambulatory care medical facilities.
• Partner with established distributors' sales representatives, providing training, motivation, and supervision to maximize sales of current and new products.
• Demonstrate, sell, and provide in-service training on medical equipment to physicians and staff.
• Apply a track record of successful sales and profitable growth to increase new sales within the territory.
• Prepare and refine sales plans and forecasts for specific target market opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical and applications support resources to facilitate sales and sell repair contracts where appropriate.
• Utilize marketing communications to create optimal promotional, advertising, and trade show activity to enhance company and product visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience (medical device experience preferred).
• Proven medical sales experience through distribution sales, with the ability to empower distribution partners.
• Experience selling medical equipment with connectivity is desirable.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, organizational, problem-solving, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential.

Compensation

• Estimated Pay Range: $66,400 - $91,300 annually. This range reflects an anticipated salary. Actual pay may vary based on market data and other factors.
