Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry. Proven experience in cross-functional roles such as sales, marketing, finance, project management, or strategic planning is required, along with proficiency in advanced selling techniques, CRM software (Salesforce.com preferred), presentation, negotiation, sales closure, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong business acumen, financial concept understanding, and MS Office Suite proficiency are also necessary.
The National Account Manager will drive account growth and enhance relationships with key Acute Care Distributor customers by identifying and maximizing product opportunities, profitability, and compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating internal support, developing and executing strategies to align with corporate goals, supporting customer acquisition and retention, mapping customer decision-making structures, amending relationships and contracts, conducting needs assessments, resolving account-related issues with AP/AR and Finance teams, maintaining contract compliance, increasing product penetration with the commercial sales team, leading business development reviews, providing data-driven forecasting, and driving the business review process for key accounts.
