Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree being a plus, and have at least 10 years of experience in professional sales and account management, with a focus on retaining key accounts, penetrating existing accounts, and developing new business. Proven success in medical device or healthcare sales is required, along with the ability to develop relationships with key decision-makers and manage the sales process, and the ability to think critically and strategically while considering the needs of both the customer and the company.

Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Account Manager will meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for revenue growth and strategic objectives, map out Key Account organizations, develop relationships with key decision-makers, serve as an escalation point for support and service escalations, provide reporting to cross-functional areas and senior management, meet and maintain company expectations for average sales pricing and profitability, complete customer/prospect account plans, maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, work closely with the North America Sales Manager and Product team on strategic projects, increase sales volume for assigned products and markets, identify and develop customers for existing products, utilize technical expertise to accelerate product qualification, identify and analyze market information, maintain accurate account records, handle customer queries, and develop innovative solutions for complex problems.
