Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices. Experience selling in a clinical setting is required, along with strong organizational and communication skills. The ability to quickly develop expertise and credibility, utilize a CRM effectively, and possess a valid driver's license are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience supporting physicians with technical products, familiarity with pulmonary and thoracic oncology procedures, program development, and early commercial/startup experience.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Sales Representative will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience and driving procedure and program growth through sales and training activities. This includes providing expert product support to physicians and staff, achieving quarterly procedure quotas, and facilitating the collection and review of KPIs. The role involves developing mastery of the Galaxy System and related procedures, conducting local marketing and education events, supporting physician training and program launches, and developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the assigned territory. Travel of approximately 25-50% is expected.
