Responsibilities

The Technical Success Manager will act as a growth catalyst for enterprise customers, transforming initial implementations into impactful solutions. This role involves facilitating high-stakes conversations with engineering teams and C-level executives, proactively identifying expansion opportunities, and leading quarterly business reviews to showcase success stories. The Technical Success Manager will architect growth strategies to unlock new revenue streams, guide customers through complex implementations and API integrations, and champion technical excellence. They will also serve as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering teams, providing feedback to shape the product roadmap, create growth playbooks, and own enterprise enablement by helping large-scale teams understand best practices for integrating, scaling, and maximizing their Tavus implementations.
