The Account Manager will close net new revenue through customer expansion and cross-selling, execute successful contract renewals, and drive quality pipeline growth. They will understand customer use cases to optimize Retool usage, deliver optimal forecasts by running strategic sales processes, and evaluate usage trends to provide strategic recommendations during account reviews. Responsibilities also include identifying and managing risk areas, committing to issue resolution, and managing customer expectations with clear communication and follow-ups.
