Requirements

Candidates must have 7+ years of hands-on experience in architecting, implementing, and delivering software engineering solutions, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Advanced proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin is required, along with extensive experience in microservice architectures hosted on cloud platforms, inversion-of-control frameworks like Micronaut or Spring Boot, and designing APIs. Familiarity with distributed messaging brokers, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and mentoring junior engineers is also necessary. Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation are essential.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of new product features across the entire development lifecycle, driving technical decisions for robust and scalable software solutions. Scope out work, break down complex projects into technical tasks for the team, and write code, solve problems, and assist team members. Provide technical mentorship to colleagues, ensure engineering processes are followed, and help create and update processes. Collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand product requirements and architect comprehensive software solutions.
