Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience leading a Technical Account Manager (TAM) or equivalent team and is a creative technical thinker with a passion for solving complex challenges for customers, teams, and organizations. Experience in an AI world is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise TAM Manager will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Enterprise Technical Account Managers, ensuring they deliver customer value, drive product adoption, and proactively identify growth opportunities. This role involves engaging with key customer accounts, refining value delivery strategies in an AI context, and collaborating with Sales, Technical Customer Experience, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams. Responsibilities include providing coaching, developing account strategies, influencing the product roadmap, developing reporting for account risk and retention, implementing scalable processes, and driving initiatives to improve customer retention and identify upsell opportunities. The manager will also serve as an advocate for customers within the organization and may require travel.
