Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. A strong understanding of equipment installation requirements, dispensing equipment installation principles, customer communication software systems, basic heating and refrigeration principles, and basic electricity is required. Experience with Freestyle platforms and National Food Service customers is preferred, and bilingual Spanish skills are encouraged.

Responsibilities

The Consultant, Senior Technical Advisor will provide efficient technical direction and resolution for fountain dispensers, vending machines, and coolers over the phone and support field service technicians. This role involves troubleshooting equipment issues via telephone/video, diagnosing mechanical/electrical problems, creating and maintaining documentation, and researching/resolving customer issues to expedite service. The position also includes performing preventive maintenance and repairs on beverage dispensing equipment and assisting other technicians.
