Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the vehicle remarketing value chain and at least 8 years of in-store experience in relevant roles. They must be proactive, self-motivated, love working with people, building relationships, and be driven by creating success for dealer partners. A proven track record of leading a used vehicle department with verifiable results is required. The candidate must reside in the Indianapolis or St. Louis area.

Responsibilities

The Dealer Relationship Manager will drive the adoption of the Accu-Trade appraisal platform across dealership operations and own dealer retention for their customer portfolio. They will track cancellations, understand lead drivers, and analyze conversation results. Responsibilities include sharing best practices, interacting with senior dealership decision-makers, driving performance through reporting and dealership execution, and serving as a subject matter expert for Accu-Trade processes. The role also involves acting as the 'voice of the dealer' to internal teams, connecting post-sale performance to pre-sale onboarding, owning Accu-Trade Post-Sale performance reporting, optimizing efficiency through innovative thinking and process improvement, and assisting key accounts in-person as needed.
