The Customer Success Engineer will work directly with users to maximize their value from the platform, responding to inquiries via various channels like Intercom, Slack, phone, and email. This role involves technical tasks such as reading API documentation and understanding standard SaaS tools and data building blocks. The engineer will collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Solutions Architects, Marketing, and Engineering, contributing to customer success and company growth by ensuring customer promises are kept and driving an exceptional user experience.
