Requirements

Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in a technical project management role with a customer-facing capacity. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication skills (written and verbal) are essential. Comfort working with technical products, asking clarifying questions, and collaborating across functions is required. Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills are necessary, and experience in Martech or Adtech is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Technical Project Manager will drive operational excellence in customer onboarding, manage onboarding project plans and status trackers, and own timeline management across workstreams. They will coordinate internal teams to keep milestones on track, lead customer-facing status calls, and manage all customer communications regarding project timelines. Responsibilities also include aligning onboarding timelines with customer teams, identifying and escalating risks or blockers, and designing/refining systems, workflows, and documentation for scalable onboarding.
