Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience leading large cross-team initiatives, a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related technologies, and experience coordinating with third-party business and technical teams. They should also be comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineering teams, possess proven experience building new processes and rolling them out, and be able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Technical Program Manager will lead complex, multi-disciplinary integration projects from start to finish, working with cross-functional teams and external parties, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies, coordinating all players, establishing program management processes, facilitating communication and collaboration, driving requirements and documentation efforts, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Implementation Services teams, identifying and tracking success metrics, and performing other duties as assigned.
