Proven expertise in project management, strong analytical skills with reporting capabilities, hands-on experience with AI tools, and knowledge of CRM systems and GTM processes are required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with experience working with technical teams, are also necessary. Travel may be required.
The Global CRM Project Lead will drive strategic CRM initiatives to improve GTM effectiveness and optimize processes for the Solution Consulting organization. This role involves owning and executing global CRM projects from concept to delivery, defining success metrics, building dashboards, and reporting on business impact. The lead will leverage AI tools to accelerate execution and improve efficiency, collaborate with technical teams and operations, implement scalable CRM processes, and communicate updates to leadership.
