Requirements

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects within the Client Operations Organization, bridging Client Success and the broader Centivo organization. Key duties include developing comprehensive project plans, managing resources (personnel, budget, equipment), facilitating stakeholder communication, identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring quality assurance through reviews and testing, and managing project timelines. The role also involves resolving project issues, maintaining accurate documentation and providing regular progress reports, managing changes to project scope, and conducting post-project evaluations for lessons learned and future improvements.
