Position Overview

Centivo is dedicated to bringing affordable, high-quality healthcare to millions who struggle with healthcare costs. The Project Manager will be instrumental in the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the Client Operations Organization. This role acts as a crucial link between Client Success and the broader Centivo organization, ensuring market-facing needs and requirements are integrated into daily operations and larger projects impacting the market-facing team.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans detailing objectives, scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables, breaking down project goals into manageable tasks.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate personnel, budget, and equipment to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication among internal teams, external vendors, and leadership regarding project progress, changes, and issues.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards for all project deliverables through reviews, testing, and validation.
  • Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines and milestones, adjusting schedules and resource allocations as needed to address delays or scope changes.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle, including team conflicts, technical challenges, or requirement changes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records (meeting minutes, progress reports, decision logs) and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, objectives, or requirements, ensuring proper documentation, communication, and approval.
  • Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project reviews to assess success, identify lessons learned, and recommend future improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a healthcare organization.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus.

Work Location

  • Remote, within Eastern or Central time zones.
  • Access to Buffalo or NYC office is a plus if local.
