Thanx is a leading loyalty and guest engagement platform for restaurants. We help regional and national restaurant brands grow customer lifetime value with lifecycle marketing automations and innovative customer loyalty tools. As a Customer Success Manager, Onboarding, you’ll play a critical role in successfully onboarding, implementing, training, and launching all new accounts. You will support the backend account setup and integration requirements, create and deliver comprehensive executive presentations, develop core program recommendations, lead user acceptance testing, educate and train merchant teams and senior staff, and set appropriate expectations with your deep product knowledge. You’ll possess the ability to flex from onboarding support to supporting launched customers in their marketing journey, depending on the needs of the business.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and a self-starter
  • Experience in creating processes and systems from scratch
  • Discipline in tracking launch performance
  • Comfortable with the Google suite and Excel
  • Ability to confidently engage in thoughtful conversation with C-suite executives and their teams regarding technical functionality and industry best practices
  • Start-up grit and a desire to uncover and resolve issues
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and accounts

Responsibilities

  • Support the successful implementation, training, and launch of all merchants with Thanx.
  • Manage all merchant backend account setup and integration requirements.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive executive presentations.
  • Develop core program recommendations.
  • Lead user acceptance testing.
  • Educate and train merchant teams and senior staff.
  • Set appropriate expectations regarding Thanx’s product knowledge.
  • Flex from onboarding support to supporting launched customers in their marketing journey.
