Candidates must have 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 4 years in adtech, possessing a deep and broad understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs across publishers, advertisers, data providers, and DSPs. Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for simplifying complex topics for diverse stakeholders, alongside the ability to maintain genuine empathy for customers, stakeholders, and teammates. A highly analytical approach with comfort in using data for decision-making, insatiable curiosity about customer problems, competition, and the industry, and a proven ability to deliver zero-to-one products with high impact are required. Experience working directly with data science and products utilizing AI/ML is also necessary. Desired qualifications include experience at a DSP in a product or technical role and knowledge of CTV, particularly advertiser needs within CTV.
The Principal Product Manager will develop and execute a product roadmap with minimal oversight for innovative product areas, acting as the product owner for scrum teams by driving ceremonies, writing user stories, and maintaining a prioritized backlog. They will define features, manage and iterate on products post-launch, and establish metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements. Responsibilities also include defining experiments to validate new product ideas, cultivating trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders, staying abreast of market trends to identify opportunities, and serving as the voice of the customer in internal discussions. Additionally, the role involves providing source data and messaging for marketing activities and independently driving end-to-end go-to-market strategies for product/feature launches.
