Requirements

Candidates must have five or more years of experience as a Product Owner in marketing technology, financial services, or banking. A strong background in marketing technology platforms, hands-on experience with Agile delivery practices, backlog management, and Jira are required. Responsibilities

The Product Owner will lead the development and ongoing management of a customer marketing segmentation product, driving product strategy and managing the product backlog. Responsibilities include translating business objectives into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), partnering with software engineering teams to break down epics into Jira stories, and actively managing backlog refinement. The role involves overseeing agile ceremonies, monitoring and supporting product delivery, tracking completion in Jira, addressing production issues, and providing ad hoc support for leadership reporting.
