Experience recruiting for Operations teams and a track record of hiring top talent quickly in an ambitious and scrappy recruitment function are required. Candidates must be comfortable addressing complex questions about compensation, equity, and immigration, possess strong communication and presentation skills, and be proficient in using data to enhance processes.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will recruit and manage the candidate experience for Operations roles, collaborating with hiring managers to create candidate scorecards. They will develop a deep understanding of the Deel product and the requirements for new team members, refining interview processes for efficiency and an excellent candidate experience. Additionally, they will work with management to develop sourcing strategies and ensure the maintenance of Deel's culture and principles within the team.
