Responsibilities

The Senior Patient Recruitment and Engagement Lead will develop and implement patient recruitment and retention strategies for global studies, including creating recruitment strategies, monitoring interventions, and providing site support. This role involves serving as a Functional Lead, communicating with project teams, ensuring country-appropriate methods are used, training team members, identifying risks, and acting as a Subject Matter Authority for patient recruitment and retention topics. Responsibilities also include collaborating with clients and PPD’s project team to identify strategic solutions, coordinating with providers and third-party vendors, ensuring patient diversity is considered, optimizing patient enrollment, and providing support for proposals and bid defenses.
