Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative sourcing channels are essential, along with familiarity with ATS platforms such as Ashby.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical roles, encompassing sourcing strategies, partner collaboration with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, conduct structured interviews and assessments, provide detailed feedback, maintain and optimize the ATS, and build and nurture a strong pipeline of technical candidates while continuously improving recruiting processes and candidate experience as the company scales.
