About the Role

  • Title: Technical Recruiter
  • Responsibilities:
    • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical roles.
    • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies.
    • Partner closely with hiring managers.
    • Maintain and optimize the ATS (Ashby).
    • Conduct structured interviews and assessments.
    • Provide feedback to hiring managers and candidates.
    • Build and nurture a pipeline of technical candidates.
    • Continuously improve recruiting processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on engineering and technical hires.
  • Startup Experience: Experience recruiting in early-stage startups.
  • Sourcing Skills: Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative sourcing channels.
  • ATS Experience: Experience working with ATS platforms like Ashby.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities.
