Exceptional track record sourcing talent for reputable, fast-growing, high bar technology/product businesses against ruthless competition (bonus if in crypto, fintech, or product-driven org)
Extreme ability to navigate complex situations
Uncompromising high bar for performance and extreme ownership in work approach
Ability to operate in a fully remote, high agency, async-native culture where speed, precision, and focus are baseline
Ability to manage uncertainty and tackle novel roles with no prior experience, data, or track record
Capacity to work at a fast pace, flexing sourcing skills across Tech, Non-tech, and in-between with quick turnaround
Builder mentality to contribute to creating new, cutting-edge processes (not just execution)

Responsibilities

Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to design and execute effective hiring strategies
Gather, organise, and communicate competitive market intelligence, identifying target talent locations and sharing industry trends
Collaborate with the broader sourcing team to leverage best practices across research techniques, boolean searches, tools, networking, and other sourcing methods
Independently develop and maintain candidate flow across a variety of disciplines, leveraging data to drive decision making and process improvement
Source candidates through a variety of search resources (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, etc.)
Act as an ambassador to Kraken, sharing values and driving brand awareness in the market
Participate in research projects and other initiatives to improve the infrastructure of hiring
