They must be comfortable learning new fields quickly, able to build personal connections with candidates, and sell jobs of all stripes. A demonstrated commitment to doing good and helping people is required, along with a strong commitment to building a diverse team.
The Recruiter will architect a pipeline, work with hiring managers, and drive efforts to find, attract, and convert great people, particularly for engineering, design, product, and marketing roles. They will build out teams for the first time, requiring close partnership with hiring managers to find the right profile, and will contribute to developing employer brand recognition and basic hiring processes. They will also focus on attracting and converting passive candidates, and ultimately be responsible for hiring hundreds of people who wouldn’t be here without their work, impacting the lives of millions of people in need.
