Responsibilities

The Recruiter will architect a pipeline, work with hiring managers, and drive efforts to find, attract, and convert great people, particularly for engineering, design, product, and marketing roles. They will build out teams for the first time, requiring close partnership with hiring managers to find the right profile, and will contribute to developing employer brand recognition and basic hiring processes. They will also focus on attracting and converting passive candidates, and ultimately be responsible for hiring hundreds of people who wouldn’t be here without their work, impacting the lives of millions of people in need.
