Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of demonstrated success hiring top-tier talent (scoping roles, creating processes, sourcing, screening, selling, scheduling) at a startup with a high bar for people.
  • Experience leading hiring for technical roles (e.g., engineering, design, product) and/or non-technical roles, with the ability to quickly learn new fields.
  • Proven ability to build personal connections with diverse candidates and effectively sell job opportunities.
  • Quantifiable success in hiring great candidates with varying backgrounds and the ability to articulate strategies for building diverse pipelines.
  • Demonstrated commitment to doing good and helping people.
