Responsibilities

The Recruitment & Outreach Specialist will develop and implement recruitment plans using modern best practices, including targeted advertising across various media, ensuring compliance with WRAIR and DoD policies. Responsibilities include understanding protocols and their regulations, tracking enrollment data, reporting recruitment trends, scheduling and following up with prospective research subjects, maintaining the volunteer database, placing and managing advertisements, performing front desk duties, assisting with data entry and volunteer payments, managing the Text-Em All system for appointment reminders, and escorting volunteers through the facility.
