The People Operations Specialist will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and transitions. They will plan, organize, and execute company events and culture-building initiatives, draft and distribute internal communications, and manage HR systems data for accuracy. Responsibilities also include handling administrative tasks like I-9 verification and benefit administration, as well as identifying opportunities to streamline People Operations workflows.
